Marvel at the world’s highest tides. Walk along the ocean floor. Listen to the seabirds. Drive through a covered bridge. Drink in New Brunswick hospitality.

Travel to the magnificent Bay of Fundy coastal landscapes and immerse your senses in wonder. During this all-day, guided tour you’ll witness the world’s highest tides and walk along the ocean floor at low tide!

Knowledgeable guides will share their passion for the Bay of Fundy area and entertain you with a relaxed, informal style that boasts the East Coast charm and hospitality. The Bay of Fundy is one of the Marine Wonders of the World with tides that rise as high as 16.3 m (53 vertical feet) twice each day. Explore the Hopewell Rocks at low tide . Stretch your neck looking up at soaring flowerpot rocks--distinctive sandstone formations topped with trees. Many have nicknames inspired by their appearance. See if you can spot Lover’s Arch, Dinosaur Rock and ET. While waiting for the tide to turn, learn about the natural and cultural history of the area while touring the designated UNESCO Fundy Biosphere Reserve and taking in the spectacular flora and fauna. Stroll along coast-hugging trails that open to reveal the dramatic rock faces, towering cliffs and amazing ocean views. Keep your eyes out for a surprise slipping through the waves —every summer up to 15 different species of whales head up the Bay of Fundy to mate, play and feast on the bountiful supply of food churned up by the powerful tides. Visit the oldest operational lighthouse on mainland New Brunswick, on duty since 1840, at breathtaking Cape Enrage. Steal a kiss while driving through a rustic, covered bridge (there are 28 close to the Bay of Fundy coast or along the Fundy Coastal Drive). Discover a one-of-a-kind keepsake at an artisan’s shop.
